Trials and Triumphs: A History of the African American Experience in
Harford County is a history lesson with feet.
Scheduled to travel for six months to six public venues around the county, this exhibit is intended to be visited, viewed and talked about by audiences of all ages and experiences. We open at the Hays House Museum in Bel Air and close at the Hosanna School Museum in Darlington--two of our county’s most recognized historical destinations—making four stops along the way.
So come view the exhibit at one of these locations, bring along your friends, and join us on the journey by contributing your own stories, photos, memories and memorabilia here in our online galleries.
The Historical Society and Hosanna are working to research, trace and tell our County history together. We want to hear from you!
